A local junior who progressed through the lower grades at Panthers, Kenny started the 2019 season as a member of the part-time squad while also working with the Panthers groundskeepers and studying a Bachelor of Arts and Education. His NRL debut came as the Panthers handed the Eels' their first-ever defeat at Bankwest Stadium. The hooker has committed to Panthers until at least the end of 2024 season.
