Crichton cops dangerous throw charge

Panthers and NSW centre Stephen Crichton has been charged for a dangerous throw by the NRL Match Review Committee following Game One of the State of Origin series.

Crichton received a grade one charge for a dangerous tackle on Maroons five-eighth Cameron Munster, however the centre only faces a monetary penalty.

Crichton will be eligible to play in Sunday’s match against the Knights at McDonald Jones Stadium in Newcastle.
