How do I become a 2022 member?

2022 membership will be on sale in the coming weeks.

You can become a 2022 Panthers member in four ways:

  1. Online
  2. In person at the Panther Shop at Penrith Panthers Leagues Club
  3. Over the phone by calling 1300PANTHERS
  4. At any BlueBet Stadium gameday or membership event

Why can't the Panther Shop take my payment?

In order to ensure the correct payments are made on membership accounts, all members need to enter card details onto their 2022 membership form. If members do not feel comfortable leave their card details on their form the membership team will contact them once they have collected their form from the shop.

I'm a renewing member, do I receive a credit for my membership?

Any applicable 2021 membership credit will be automatically applied to your membership for the 2022 season. You can view your credit amount by logging into your Ticketmaster Account Manager.

As a new member, how do I purchase a reserved seat?

Once you have purchased your reserved seat membership, you will be able to see what seats are available in real time. Remember that all 2021 members have a priority purchase window to renew their seats, so there may be limited availability until then.

I'm renewing but can I change my seat?

Any renewing member who wishes to change their seat for the 2022 season can do so by completing a seat request form at the Panther Shop. All requests will be processed in the week following the renewal cut-off. Please note seating change requests cannot be processed over the phone. If your request can not be met, as long as you have renewed your 2021 membership, you will keep your previously allocated seats.

Do I need to be vaccinated to enter BlueBet Stadium or attend members events?

By purchasing a 2022 Penrith Panthers membership, you accept and agree to adhere to any NSW Health Orders in relation to entitlements that form part of your membership.

How long does it take to receive my membership card and pack?

Membership packs will begin being delivered from early December. Membership packs usually take 2-3 weeks to arrive after the date of purchase.

If you wish to receive your membership pack before Christmas, you will need to ensure you have purchased your membership before Friday 26 November. Any memberships purchased after this date are not guaranteed to arrive in time.

Membership Classifications

Which Concession Cards are accepted?

We accept aged, disability, single parent and veteran affairs. All students must be enrolled in full time study. ID must be produced upon request and carried at all times. Concession prices are not available to Senior Card holders or the unemployed.

Do you accept Companion Cards?

Yes. You must notify the membership team if you require a companion and we will provide an admission card. This applies for both reserved and general admission memberships. Companion card memberships however do not include membership entitlements, including members packs.


Can I pay my membership monthly?

Yes! Membership payments can be spread over five or nine instalments. Memberships purchased after the first instalment date will require an upfront payment to bring the account up to date. Payments are taken on the last Thursday of each month, unless this date falls on a public holiday. See the table below:

Nine Instalments

A 20% deposit is taken on the date of purchase with the remaining membership balance split over the final eight instalments.

Five Instalments 

A 20% deposit is taken on the date of purchase with the remaining membership balance split over the final four instalments.


How do I use my flexi membership?

Your six flexi tickets can be used at any home game at BlueBet Stadium in 2022. This means you can choose to spread them out over six games, or bring a friend and use them across two or three games.

How do I access the game if I’ve left my card at home?

If you’ve left your card at home there are two ways you can still enter the game. You can log in to your Ticketmaster Account Manager and use your barcode on your phone or you can print it out. Alternatively, see the membership team at the front of the Western Gate and they can organise a paper ticket for you to enter the gates.

What should I do if I lose my member card?

You can order a new membership card by logging onto Ticketmaster Account Manager. This will incur a $10 fee. If your card has been stolen, this $10 fee will be waived if a Police Form can be produced.


Panthers Leagues Club Membership and Panthers Football Membership, what’s the difference?

The Panthers Leagues Club and the Penrith Panthers Football Club are two separate entities.

Penrith Panthers Football Membership directly supports the team on the field, junior development programs, training facilities and the staff working behind the scenes to make it all happen.
