General

How do I become a 2024 member?

2024 membership will be on sale from mid September.

You can become a 2024 Panthers member in four ways:

  • Online
  • Over the phone by calling 1300PANTHERS
  • In person at the Panther Shop at Penrith Panthers Leagues Club
  • At any BlueBet Stadium gameday or membership event

As a new member, how do I purchase a reserved seat?

All 2023 members will have a priority purchase window to renew their seats. In the meantime, a limited number of seats for new members will be released when memberships go on sale in mid September.

I'm renewing but can I change my seat?

Any renewing member who wishes to change their seat for the 2024 season can do so by emailing the request to footy.membership@panthers.com.au. All requests will be assessed in the period following the member renewal cut-off.

Please note seating change requests cannot be processed over the phone. If your request can not be met, as long as you have renewed your 2023 membership, you will keep your previously allocated seats.

How can I organise a wheelchair seat?

In 2024, wheelchair seating will be allocated as opposed to General Admission seating. Please contact our Membership Team on 1300 PANTHERS to organise your wheelchair seat.

Classifications

Adult: Members between the ages of sixteen (16) and sixty (60) on 1st January 2024.

Concession: Members who hold an aged, disability, single parent, veteran affairs or a Pensioner Card, or who is above the age of sixty (60). As well as any full-time student who holds a valid 2024 student card. All concession members must carry a form of ID along with their Pensioner or Student ID card, when attending Penrith Panthers home games.

Junior: Members between the ages of five (5) and fifteen (15) as at 1st January 2024 are eligible for a Junior membership. Any child under the age of five (5) is eligible to enter Penrith Panthers home games for free, if they do not require a seat. The child must be seated on the lap of an accompanying adult and not occupy a seat.

Family Membership: Two (2) adults and two (2) juniors

Do Panthers accept Companion Cards?

Yes. You must notify the membership team if you require a companion and we will provide an admission card. This applies for both reserved and general admission memberships. Companion card memberships however do not include membership entitlements.

Membership Pack Credit

How do I redeem my credit for my Membership pack?

In late October, members will be sent some instructions on how to redeem their Membership credit.

Can I use credits for postage/shipping?

Yes, you can use your assigned credit to cover postage/shipping.

I need assistance with redeeming my member pack credit?

Please contact the membership team on 1300 PANTHERS for assistance in redeeming your Mber plus credit.

How long does it take to receive my membership card and pack?

When you redeem your Membership credit on the Mber Plus store, you can select to redeem your credit for regular or express post.

When is the cut off to receive membership packs in time for Christmas?

If you wish to receive your membership pack before Christmas, you will need to ensure you have purchased your membership before 21st November 2023. Following purchasing a Membership you will be sent a link to redeem your member credit. You will need to submit your order on the Mber plus store by November 28, 2023.

Any memberships purchased or order processed after this date are not guaranteed to arrive in time.

Does my Mber plus credit expire?

Yes, Members need to redeem their credit for their membership pack by 1st August 2024.

What are the delivery timings for my order?

Your membership items are made to order. For standard delivery, please allow 10 – 14 working days for delivery. For express delivery option, please allow 7 - 12 working days for delivery.

Do I get a flag in my Membership?

Full season members are eligible to collect a flag as part of their 2024 Membership. Once available, Members will be contacted to collect this.

How do I update my personal details?

Contact our Membership Team on 1300 PANTHERS to update your details on your account.

Financial

How can I pay my Membership?

Members can pay their membership in full or by instalments on a debit or credit card.

What Memberships can be a paid by instalments?

All full season memberships; Reserved Seat, The Den and General Admission; are available to be paid by instalments. All other Memberships must be paid in full on purchase.

What are the instalment payment options?

Members can elect to pay their membership in weekly, fortnightly or monthly instalments. Memberships purchased after the first instalment date will require an upfront payment to bring the account up to date.

When are the payments charged if I elect to pay by instalments?

When purchasing a Membership, you will see the dates of your instalments based on the payment plan you select.

  • Monthly payments can be charged on the 15th of each month or on the last day of the month
  • Fortnightly instalments are processed every fortnight on a Thursday.
  • Weekly instalments are processed every week on a Thursday.

If your payment is unsuccessful on the due date, the following business day the payment will be re-attempted.

What happens if my payment instalment fails?

What if I don’t pay my Membership instalments?

Penrith Panthers reserves the right to suspend any members on the weekly or fortnightly instalment plan who are 3 payments behind and those on the monthly instalment plan who are 2 payments behind. Accounts will be suspended and Members will not have access to attend home matches or receive other membership entitlements until the outstanding amount has been paid in full.

If I have a balance outstanding from 2023, can I renew my Membership?

Members with outstanding debt from the previous season will not be eligible to renew their membership, until all outstanding membership fees are paid.

Why can't the Panther Shop take my payment?

In order to ensure the correct payments are made on membership accounts, all members need to enter card details onto their 2024 membership form. If members do not feel comfortable leaving their card details on their form the membership team will contact them once they have collected the form from the merchandise shop.

Gameday

How do I use my flexi membership?

Your six flexi tickets can be used at any home game at BlueBet Stadium in 2024 during the regular season. This means you can choose to spread them out over six games, or bring a friend and use them across two or three games.

How do I redeem my Proud Panther or Flexi ticket?

Proud Panther and Flexi tickets can be redeemed on Ticketek. Once tickets are on sale for the match, please check back for instructions.

If you have any issues redeeming your ticket, please contact the membership team at 1300 PANTHERS.

How do I access the game if I’ve left my card at home?

Visit the membership team prior to kick off at the front of the Western Gate and they can organise a paper ticket for you to enter BlueBet Stadium.

What should I do if I lose my member card?

Please contact the membership team on 1300 PANTHERS to order a replacement card.

A new membership card will incur a $10 fee. If your card has been stolen, this $10 fee will be waived if a Police Form can be produced.

Do I need to be vaccinated to enter BlueBet Stadium or attend members events?

By purchasing a Panthers membership, you accept and agree to adhere to any NSW Health Orders in relation to entitlements that form part of your membership.

Panthers Leagues Club Membership and Panthers Football Membership, what’s the difference?

The Panthers Leagues Club and the Penrith Panthers Football Club are two separate entities.

Penrith Panthers Football Membership directly supports the team on the field, junior development programs, training facilities and the staff working behind the scenes to make it all happen.

Will the Panthers be playing at BlueBet Stadium in 2024?

At present, we are planning our 2024 membership program for the season to be carried out at BlueBet Stadium. If there are any changes to BlueBet Stadium or memberships for the 2024 season this will be communicated to members by the club.
