Stat Attack: Panthers v Rabbitohs

The Panthers returned to the winner's circle with a dominant 36-14 victory over the Rabbitohs, snapping their two-game losing streak with an impressive all-round performance at CommBank Stadium.

Tom Jenkins was the star of the show, producing a stunning hat-trick to take his season tally to 25 tries. The winger also ran for 169 metres, recorded two line breaks and a game-high nine tackle breaks in another devastating display on the left edge. His incredible season continues to gather momentum as he edges closer to Dave Brown's long-standing club record of 38 tries in a season.

Milky HAT-TRICK

Captain Dylan Edwards once again set the standard from fullback, crossing for the opening try before finishing with a game-high 247 running metres from 22 carries. Edwards also produced a line break, a line break assist, four tackle breaks and was heavily involved throughout another tireless performance.

EPIC EDWARDS

Liam Henry enjoyed one of his best games of the season, scoring a first-half try while finishing with 180 running metres, two line breaks and a team-high 45 tackles in a superb two-way effort through the middle. Lindsay Smith was equally influential, contributing 182 running metres, 39 tackles, a try assist, a line break assist and 55 post-contact metres.

HORSE GOES OVER

Paul Alamoti continued his outstanding form, kicking all six conversion attempts while adding two try assists, two line break assists and 171 running metres. Brian To'o again provided strong yardage with 201 running metres and a team-high 87 post-contact metres, along with six tackle breaks.

Blaize Talagi continued to create opportunities in attack, finishing with two try assists and two line break assists, while Billy Phillips crossed for his first NRL try and backed it up with 40 tackles, 53 post-contact metres and four tackle breaks in an energetic display.

Defensively, the Panthers were led by Henry (45 tackles), Phillips (40), Smith (39) and Scott Sorensen (36), with Freddy Lussick adding 28 tackles and Kalani Leuluai-Going contributing 25 in another strong defensive effort.
