The Penrith Panthers capped off the round with two tightly contested clashes against the Eels, emerging with a narrow win in the Jersey Flegg Cup and a hard-earned draw in the NSW Cup.

Jersey Flegg Cup

The Penrith Panthers secured a thrilling 28–26 victory over the Eels in a back-and-forth contest. Hunter Bell starred with a first-half double to keep the Panthers in the fight, before quick second-half tries to Harry Armstrong and Cameron Kanaan swung momentum their way. Tyson Sangalang’s late try proved crucial, while Kye Raven held his nerve with the boot, slotting four conversions to seal the narrow win.

The Knock On Effect NSW Cup

The Penrith Panthers played out a dramatic 26–26 draw with the Eels in a contest that remained tight throughout. Early tries to Patrick Moimoi and Kurt Falls gave the Panthers momentum, before Jack Cole and Jesse McLean crossed to keep the scoreboard ticking. Zakauri Clarke was influential with the boot, converting all four tries and adding a penalty goal to ensure the Panthers earned a share of the points.
