Paul Alamoti will make his club debut in the centres, while Taylan May will miss the match due to a personal matter.
Scott Sorensen returns to the side after overcoming a knee injury and Luke Garner shifts to the interchange.
Nathan Cleary will miss another week with a hamstring injury, giving Brad Schneider another opportunity to partner Jarome Luai in the halves.
The Panthers will wear the 2024 home jersey for the Round 7 match.
