Penrith Panthers recognises the passing of former club doctor and Life Member Dr Frederick Cunliffe OAM.
Fred was the club doctor and a valued member of the Panthers support team from 1969 to 1986.
Fred was appointed Life Membership in 1980 for his dedication for his years of service.
Panthers will wear black armbands in Saturday’s Round 15 fixture against the Sydney Roosters at Allianz Stadium.
Fred’s life will be celebrated at 12.00pm Thursday 15 June at St Stephen's Church, High St Penrith.
