Luke charged with dangerous contact

Panthers hooker Soni Luke has been charged with dangerous contact by the NRL Match Review Committee following last night’s match against Wests Tigers.

Luke received a grade one charge for contact on Wests Tigers player Alex Twal in the 68th minute of the Round 9 clash, however only faces a monetary penalty.

Luke will be eligible to play in next week’s Magic Round clash against the Warriors at Suncorp Stadium on Saturday.
