Panthers halfback Nathan Cleary has been charged by the NRL Match Review Committee following the Qualifying Final against the Sydney Roosters at CommBank Stadium.

Cleary was charged with a grade one offence for contact on Roosters player Hugo Savala in the 40th minute.

Cleary faces a monetary fine and remains available for selection for the Preliminary Final.
