Hopgood cops dangerous throw charge

Panthers forward J'maine Hopgood has been charged for a dangerous throw by the NRL Match Review Committee following the clash against the Cowboys.

Hopgood received a grade one charge for a dangerous tackle on Cowboys forward Tom Gilbert in the 25th minute, however he only faces a monetary penalty.

The Panthers forward will be eligible for selection next week.
