Momirovski cops dangerous contact charge

Panthers centre Paul Momirovski is facing time on the sidelines after being charged with dangerous contact following Thursday's win over Brisbane Broncos.

The NRL Match Review Committee has issued Momirovski with a grade two dangerous contact (head/neck) charge for a tackle on Broncos playmaker Tom Dearden in the first half at Suncorp Stadium.

Momirovski is looking at a two-game suspension (225 points) with the early guilty plea, or a three-game suspension (300 points) if he is found guilty by the NRL Judiciary.

Panthers has until 12pm Saturday to enter a plea to the charge.
