Hertz Plays of the Week: Round 2

The Panthers scored their first victory of the season in front of a vocal crowd at McDonald Jones Stadium on Saturday night.

James Fisher-Harris steamrolled the Knights defence on his way to a four-pointer before Malakai Watene-Zelezniak chased down a grubber kick and laid on a spectacular try for Panthers debutant Frank Winterstein.

Hertz Plays of the Week: Round 2

Early in the second stanza Isaah Yeo beat five defenders on his way to the line to give the Panthers an eight-point lead.

The Knights late surge was halted when James Maloney's desperate cover tackle on Edrick Lee prevented Newcastle from snatching victory.
