Judiciary Update: Jack Hetherington

Panthers forward Jack Hetherington will miss Friday's clash against Newcastle Knights after submitting an early guilty plea to a dangerous contact charge.

Hetherington received the charge for a tackle on Shaun Fensom in last Friday's loss to North Queensland Cowboys in Bathurst.

The early guilty plea sees the 21-year-old cop a one-week suspension and 35 carry-over points.

Hetherington's replacement in the Panthers side to face the Knights will be revealed when coach Anthony Griffin names his squad on Tuesday.
