The Panthers returned to the top of the NRL ladder with a convincing 24-10 victory over the Bulldogs at CommBank Stadium.

Liam Martin was the star of the night, scoring a double, while Dylan Edwards was outstanding at the back with 268 run metres and eight tackle breaks. Nathan Cleary controlled the game with his kicking and game management, adding eight points from the boot.

Casey McLean also impressed, sealing the win with a try in the second half as the Panthers’ defence held firm to keep the Bulldogs at arm’s length.
