Pathways Wrapped: Jersey Flegg secure another win

The Panthers recorded a win in the Jersey Flegg Cup, while the NSW Women’s Premiership and Knock On Effect NSW Cup sides were defeated by the Roosters.

NSW Women's Premiership

The Panthers were unable to overcome the CC Roosters, going down 38-14 after trailing 22-8 at half-time. Tiarna West and Jacinta Tui crossed in the first half before Chloe Pallisier added another try just before the break. Claudia Bush converted one of the Panthers’ three tries.

NSW Cup

The Panthers were defeated 25-12 by the Roosters after the two sides went into half-time locked at 6-all. Jaxen Edgar opened the scoring for the Panthers before Jesse McLean crossed late in the second half. Kurt Falls converted both tries.

Jersey Flegg Cup

The Panthers secured a 28-24 victory over the Roosters after racing to an 18-0 half-time lead. Jenson Tuaoi crossed twice in the opening 23 minutes, with Ryan Goodsell also scoring as the Panthers dominated the first half. Leo-Stipe Latu and Jack Colley added second-half tries to secure the four-point win, with Kye Raven converting four of the Panthers’ five tries.
