Penrith Panthers are excited to announce the re-signing of outside back Casey McLean until at least the end of the 2030 NRL season.
Already contracted until the end of 2028, McLean has added a further two years to his deal, ensuring he will remain in Panthers colours through the 2029 and 2030 seasons.
A Blacktown Bears junior, McLean progressed through the Panthers’ pathways system before making his NRL debut in 2024 at just 18 years of age.
Now 20, McLean has already represented New South Wales in the State of Origin arena and New Zealand at international level.
Panthers General Manager of Rugby League Shane Elford said the club was delighted to secure McLean’s long-term future.
“Casey is an outstanding young player who has come through our pathways system and continued to develop at every level,” Elford said.
“To have already represented both New South Wales and New Zealand at such a young age is a testament to his talent, commitment and maturity.
“We are excited about what Casey can achieve in the years ahead and are thrilled that he will remain a Panther until at least the end of 2030.”
