Pathways Wrapped: Panthers claim double over Raiders

Panthers Pathways celebrated a successful weekend as the NSW Cup and Jersey Flegg teams claimed convincing wins over the Raiders, while the NSW Women's Premiership side had the bye.

Jersey Flegg

The Jersey Flegg team produced an impressive attacking display to defeat the Raiders 50-22, piling on 10 tries in a dominant performance. Harry Wald and Zeik Selwood both crossed for doubles, while Haami Loza, Darcy Feltham, Talmage Brown, Hunter Bell, Hokafonu Lemoto and Jack Colley also got on the scoresheet. Kye Raven added five conversions, with Bell slotting another as the Panthers ran away with the contest in the second half.

NSW Cup

The Panthers NSW Cup side continued its strong form with a 28-16 victory over the Raiders. Blaize Talagi opened the scoring before Toby Crosby gave the Panthers a halftime lead. Penrith seized control after the break through quick-fire tries to Zakauri Clarke and Nick Murphy, before Jirah Liddiard and Tua Patea crossed late to seal the win. Clarke converted two tries as the Panthers secured another important competition victory.
