Cogger cited for high tackle

Panthers player Jack Cogger has been charged by the NRL Match Review Committee following the Round 18 match against the Rabbitohs at CommBank Stadium.

Cogger received a grade two careless high tackle charge for contact on Rabbitohs player Ashton Ward in the 75th minute.

As it is his second offence this season, Cogger faces a two-match suspension with an early guilty plea. If he elects to challenge the charge and is unsuccessful, he faces a three-match suspension.
