The NSW Blues squad for the 2026 State of Origin series opener has been finalised.
Panthers trio Brian To'o, Nathan Cleary and Isaah Yeo are all confirmed to start, while Casey McLean is a chance of making his Origin debut from the bench.
In the only change to Laurie Daley's 19-man squad, Ethan Strange joins Cleary in the halves for NSW. He replaces an injured Mitchell Moses, with Matt Burton coming onto the bench.
Yeo enters his second series as NSW captain, while To'o requires just one try to become the Blues' greatest try-scorer in State of Origin history.
