Cogger charged for high tackle

Panthers player Jack Cogger has been charged by the NRL Match Review Committee following the Round 9 match against the Sea Eagles at CommBank Stadium.

Cogger received a grade two charge for a high tackle in the second half.

The charge carries a one-match suspension with an early guilty plea. If Cogger elects to challenge the charge and is unsuccessful, he faces a two-match suspension.

The club has until 12pm Tuesday to submit a plea.
