Junior Reps Results: Round 5

The Panthers Female Junior Representative teams faced tough contests against the Bulldogs in Round 5, while the Male Junior Representative teams had a bye.

The Panthers were narrowly defeated 26–20 by the Bulldogs despite scoring four tries. Malena Lavea opened the scoring in the 17th minute, followed by Hannah Ison just before halftime (36'). In the second half, Samantha Hanrahan (47') and Mylei Palmer-Vaivao (54') added tries to keep Penrith in the contest. The Panthers finished with two conversions from four attempts, but the Bulldogs held on for the win.

The Panthers went down 34–14 to the Bulldogs. Jizelle Thompson-Liveti crossed in the 22nd minute, with Isabella Ferguson converting. Leisiliva Tanaki added a second try in the 33rd minute before Hanna Masic scored in the 50th minute. Penrith finished with three tries and one conversion from three attempts in the loss.
