2026 Pantherettes auditions locked in
If you have a passion for dance, performance, and want to represent one of the NRL’s most successful clubs, we invite you to audition for the 2026 Penrith Panthers Pantherettes brought to you by Atmosphere Fitness.
We are seeking confident, committed performers who thrive in a team environment and will take pride in representing the Panthers on game day.
What we are looking for
Successful applicants will demonstrate:
- Strong dance fundamentals and performance quality
- Acrobatic skills (highly regarded)
- A positive attitude and strong team-first mindset
- Confidence representing the Panthers at games, events, and appearances
- Enthusiasm, professionalism, and reliability
Eligibility Requirements
- Be 18 years or older as of March 2026
- Provided resume & photo via email to melissa.entourage@gmail.com
- Hold a valid form of photo ID
- Have a Working With Children Check (or intend to obtain this should you be successful)
- Be available for all Panthers home games
Audition Details
- Date: Wednesday 11 March, 2026
- Time: 6-8pm
- Location: Panthers Leagues Club – Evan Theatre
- Registration must be completed prior to arrival
Audition Attire & Presentation
- Dance-appropriate clothing
- Comfortable footwear (runners recommended)
- Performance-ready makeup and hair (no red lipstick)

- Resume and headshot
- Working With Children Check
- Please prepare brief answers outlining your goals, why you’re interested in this opportunity, your availability, and your thoughts on the NRL and cheerleading
