Three Panthers selected for final Ashes Test

The Kangaroos team will feature three Panthers, as they face England in the final Ashes Test at AMT Headingley Stadium in Leeds.

With the series result already decided following Australia’s dominant 14–4 victory over England in the second Test, the Kangaroos will be aiming for a clean sweep - three from three.

Isaah Yeo returns to captain Australia from lock after recovering from a head injury suffered early during the opening Ashes Test.

Panthers co-captain Nathan Cleary keeps the no.7 jersey for the final match of the series, while Lindsay Smith moves to the reserves list.

The final Ashes Test kicks off on Sunday 9 November at 1:30am (AEDT).
