A number of immense individual performances inspired the Panthers to a 30-10 victory over South Sydney Rabbitohs at CommBank Stadium on Friday.
Stand-in captain Dylan Edwards stole the show with an 18-point haul for the undermanned Panthers. The influential fullback scored two tries, assisted one try, kicked five goals and made over 300 run metres.
The Panthers centres shone as Casey McLean crossed twice and Paul Alamoti scored from a chip-and-chase, while Brian To'o and Tom Jenkins stood tall on the wings.
