Terms and Conditions: Win the Ultimate Gameday Experience

Entrants must be over 18 years of age at the date of entering the competition to enter.
Employees of Penrith District Rugby League Club (promoter) and Allam Property Group, their immediate families or registered travel companions and any agencies associated with this competition are ineligible to enter.

The competition period commences at 00.01 AEDT on Tuesday 1 July 2025 and ends at 23.59 AEDT on Thursday 10 July 2025 AEDT.

To enter the competition, you must submit an online entry by providing your first name, last name and email address and Panthers membership number (if applicable) where required on the competition landing page housed on the Penrith Panthers website during the competition period.
No late entries will be accepted.
A limit of one entry to the competition per person applies.
Entrants must be 18 years of age or older at the date of entry in order to be eligible to enter the competition
In addition to the standard entry method, entrants can earn an additional four entries by holding a valid 2025 Penrith Panthers Football membership

Entrants who hold a valid 2025 Penrith Panthers Football membership inclusive of 2025 Panthers Premium members (The Ultimate Panthers Experience and VIP membership), Full Season members (1967 Lounge, Platinum, Gold, Silver, The Den – Silver, The Den – Bronze, Bronze, General Admission), part season members (Proud Panther, Digital Membership, Queensland Panther, Bathurst Panther, Mudgee Panther and Panther Cub) will receive an additional four entries per member, accumulating to a maximum of five entries to the competition per member applies.
Bonus entries will be invalid if the entrant who holds a 2025 Penrith Panthers Football membership has an outstanding balance or monies owed for the membership.
Entrants who do not a hold a valid 2025 Penrith Panthers Football membership will receive one entry to the competition per person applies.

One (1) winner will be chosen by a random draw which will take place on Thursday 10 July 2025 by a Penrith District Rugby League Club representative.
The winners will be notified by email and telephone by 4.59pm Friday 11 July, 2025.
The results of the draw will be final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into in relation to the results of the draw. This is a game of chance.

If the winners do not respond to Penrith Panthers or the promoter within 3 days of being notified that they have won the competition, that winner is not readily identified, and reasonable efforts have been made by Penrith Panthers or the promoter to identify the winner(s) were unsuccessful, they will automatically forfeit their prize and the promoter reserves the right to select another winner or winners through a second chance draw.
If necessary, a second chance draw will be held Tuesday 15 July 2025 at the same time and place as the first draw in order to nominate an alternative winner(s) for any unclaimed prizes. The second chance draw winner(s) will be notified by email and telephone on the day of the draw.
The results of any second chance draw will be final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into in relation to the results of the draw.

By entering the competition, the winners agree to participate in such promotional activity and material as the promoter and Allam Property Group may require without remuneration.
The winners also give consent to the use and publication of their name and any other details provided by the winners in any marketing material without any further reference or payment to the winners.

The prize includes:

Two (2) Tooheys Cumberland Lounge tickets at Round 21 Penrith Panthers v West Tigers at CommBank Stadium, Parramatta (valued at $620)
One (1) $100 voucher to use at Panther Shop. (Valued at $100)
Two (2) CDC Charter Panther Bus tickets (Valued at $60)
One (1) Pre-game coin toss
The total value of the prize pool is $780.
The prizes does not include any additional costs associated with redeeming the prize such as travel, accommodation, meals, spending money or taxes.
The prize will not be transferable to another person.
No part of a prize is exchangeable or redeemable for cash or any other prize.
If the prize(s) is not available for any reason, the promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize(s) with another item of equal or greater value if the winner(s) agrees in writing and subject to any written directions from any applicable regulatory authority. If the winner(s) do not agree despite reasonable attempts by the promoter to reach an agreement and the prize is not available due to circumstances beyond the promoter's control, the promoter may substitute the prize with another item or items determined by the promoter to be of equal or higher value.
The promoter will take reasonable steps to distribute the prize to the winners before Monday 21 July, 2025.

The promoter reserves the right to amend the competition and its terms and conditions at any time and for any reason subject to regulatory approval (if required) and will notify participants of any such amendments as soon as reasonably practicable on the competition landing page. It is the participant's responsibility to regularly check the competition landing page for any amendments. Any amendments will be applied and interpreted at the sole discretion of the promoter.

The promoter does not accept responsibility for any entries that are delayed or which are not received for any reason and assumes no responsibility for any inaccurate information or for any loss, damage or injury in connection with the conduct of the competition whether as a result of:
- technical or telecommunications problems, including security breaches, technical website malfunctions or glitches; or
- acts or omissions (including negligent acts of omissions) of the promoter's servants or agents involved in the conduct of this competition.

The promoter collects personal information in order to conduct the competition and may, for this purpose, disclose such information to subsidiary and related companies, third parties, including but not limited to agents, contractors, service providers, and any company with whom we are running the competition.
Entrants acknowledge that they are providing information to the promoter and Allam Property Group by entering the promotion
The promoter is not liable for any tax implications arising from prize winnings, including fringe benefits tax. Independent financial advice should be sought.
The laws of Australia apply to this competition. Competition participants submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the laws of Australia.
