The Panthers clawed to an 18-14 victory over Wests Tigers in a gripping contest on Sunday.

An enormous performance by Tom Jenkins saw the winger score his first NRL hat-trick, in addition to a game-high 252 running metres, 12 tackle breaks and five line breaks.

Nathan Cleary's three goals proved crucial, while Mitch Kenny rolled up the sleeves with 56 tackles.
