Five Panthers named for U19s Origin

Five Panthers players have been selected for the Under-19s State of Origin clash at Kayo Stadium in Redcliffe on Thursday 13 July.

Panthers quartet Harrison Hassett, Jesse McLean, Billy Scott and Luron Patea have been selected for the NSW Blues.

Hassett, McLean and Scott played in the premiership-winning SG Ball Cup team from 2022 with Hassett (four games) and McLean (13 games) graduating to play NSW Cup this season.

Young Panthers outside back Tim Sielaff-Burns has been selected on the wing for the Queensland Maroons. 

A Panthers SG Ball graduate, Sielaff-Burns has also been handed an opportunity in the club's Jersey Flegg team in 2023.
