KFC extends Panthers partnership

Penrith Panthers is pleased to confirm KFC has extended its partnership with the club for a further three seasons.

Having originally partnered with the club ahead of the 2022 season, KFC has extended its deal until at least the end of 2025.

In addition to the KFC logo displayed on the Panthers playing shorts, KFC branding will also appear on the top back of the NRL jersey and training apparel in 2023.

Sally Spriggs, Chief Marketing Officer, KFC Australia, said the restaurant chain was excited by the extension to continue to engage Panthers members and fans.

“KFC has always been a big supporter of footy, and we're thrilled to have extended our partnership with the Panthers,” she said.

“The club is renowned for its passionate, loyal and ever-growing fanbase, as well as its outstanding work within the community. With the Panthers closing the 2022 season with a huge win and once again lifting the silverware, we are excited to see what the future holds.”

Panthers Rugby League CEO Matt Cameron thanked KFC for their support and shared his delight following the partnership extension.

“Panthers is excited to continue our strong partnership with KFC for at least the next three years,” Cameron said.

“A household name for all Australians, KFC is an iconic and global brand that we’re delighted to have as a major partner.”
