Motorola Man of the Month: May

May - Man of the Month

The Panthers recorded impressive victories over Melbourne Storm, Sydney Roosters and North Queensland Cowboys throughout May.

There were a host of team-first performances littered through the side including Viliame Kikau who ran 360 metres, made seven tackle breaks and completed 101 tackles. His defensive efforts against the in-form Jeremiah Nanai helped the Panthers to a shutout victory over the Cowboys.

NSW representative Jarome Luai stepped up his game throughout May and was a constant threat with ball-in-hand. The fleet-footed five-eighth made 13 tackle breaks, 9 offloads and crossed for three four-pointers.

The ever-reliable Dylan Edwards crossed for two tries and averaged over 200 metres per game. He bent the defensive line with 240 post contact metres and 18 tackle breaks.

Co-captain Isaah Yeo ran 585 metres through the guts of the opposition defence and made 153 tackles at a 91.44% strike rate. His attacking prowess also caused plenty of headaches for opposition defenders.

Vote for your best performer below for the chance to take home a signed Panthers football thanks to Motorola. The competition closes on Wednesday 8 June.
