Luai cops high tackle charge

Panthers five-eighth Jarome Luai has been charged by the NRL Match Review Committee following Friday night's win over North Queensland Cowboys.

Luai received a grade one careless high tackle charge for contact on Cowboys player Scott Drinkwater in the 76th minute at BlueBet Stadium, however only faces a monetary penalty.

The Panthers five-eighth will be eligible for selection in the NSW Blues State of Origin squad.
