Sorensen charged with dangerous contact

Panthers forward Scott Sorensen has been charged with dangerous contact following the victory over South Sydney Rabbitohs on Friday.

The NRL Match Review Committee handed Sorensen a grade one dangerous contact charge for a late hit on Souths lock Cam Murray in the second half of the game at Suncorp Stadium.

With a clean record, Sorensen faces a monetary penalty only and will be available to face Wests Tigers next Sunday.

Meanwhile Rabbitohs forward Keaon Koloamatangi was charged with a grade one crusher tackle and faces a two-game suspension with the early guilty plea.
