Panthers trio charged after victory over Roosters

Liam Martin, Kurt Capewell and Apisai Koroisau have been charged by the NRL Match Review Committee following Saturday's victory over Sydney Roosters.

Martin has been issued a grade one dangerous contact charge for contact on Drew Hutchison in the 3rd minute of the game at Suncorp Stadium.

He faces a monetary penalty only and will be free to face St George Illawarra Dragons on Friday.

Match Highlights: Panthers v Roosters

Capewell is looking at a one-week suspension after being charged with a grade one dangerous throw for a tackle on Nat Butcher in the 7th minute of the contest.

Meanwhile Koroisau is also set to be slapped with a one-week ban after receiving a grade one contrary conduct charge for becoming involved in a melee in the 30th minute.

Both Capewell and Koroisau will serve their suspensions regardless of whether they enter an early guilty plea or are found guilty by the NRL Judiciary.
