Jennings and Edwards cop charges

Panthers backs Robert Jennings and Dylan Edwards have been issued charges by the NRL Match Review Committee following the defeat to Wests Tigers on Friday.

Jennings received a grade one careless high tackle charge for contact on Wests Tigers forward Luciano Leilua which resulted in a penalty try.

Panthers fullback Edwards received a grade one contrary conduct charge for his involvement in a melee shortly after half-time.

Both players face monetary penalties only and will be available for selection in Round 14.
