Leota and Yeo charged for high shots

Panthers forwards Moses Leota and Isaah Yeo have been charged by the NRL Match Review Committee following Saturday's victory over Canterbury-Bankstown Bulldogs.

Leota received a grade two careless high tackle charge for a shot on Jake Averillo in the 78th minute of the game at BlueBet Stadium.

He faces a one-match suspension if he takes the early guilty plea or two-match ban if he is found guilty by the NRL Judiciary.

Meanwhile Origin hopeful Yeo remains available for NSW selection despite receiving a grade one careless high tackle charge for a tackle on Bulldogs forward Matt Doorey.

With his clean record, Yeo faces a monetary penalty only.
