Members Ticket Information: Panthers v Raiders

Panthers is delighted to confirm 2020 full season ticketed members will be given exclusive access to the club’s next home game against Canberra Raiders on Saturday 8 August.

Due to the reduced capacity of approximately 3,500 patrons at Panthers Stadium in accordance with government regulations, members must redeem a ticket via Ticketek if they wish to attend the game.

All tickets will be snapped up for this game. To ensure you don't miss out, please redeem your tickets as soon as your ticket window opens. Once the allocation of tickets is exhausted there will be no further releases.

2020 Panthers membership cards will not be valid for entry.

All full season ticketed members have been assigned a ticket redemption code, which is contained in an email being sent to primary account holders and/or via SMS on Thursday. Each code can be used to redeem one ticket. Please note if you redeemed tickets in Round 10, you can use the same code(s) for this game.

To ensure you are seated with family and friends, please enter all applicable codes on separate lines in one transaction on the Ticketek website (see graphic below). If you don't enter all codes in one transaction, it is likely you will be seated separately.

For those with family memberships and multiple linked memberships, all relevant ticket redemption codes have been sent in an email to the primary account holder only and/or via SMS.

Members can redeem tickets using their codes via the Ticketek website or in-person at Panthers Penrith Leagues Club reception, until the allocation is exhausted. Please note reception hours are 9am-9pm.

if you have not received your codes via email or SMS, please complete the following form.

Other Information

All redeemed tickets will be assigned a bay number and row letter. Please understand while the club will attempt to seat all members in their usual seating category, it is possible you will be assigned to a different bay or area of Panthers Stadium.

Members can sit in any seat in their assigned row while adhering to social distancing measures. It is your responsibility to ensure you leave at least two seats between your group and other members in your row.

If tickets are still available by 12pm Wednesday 5 August, they will be offered to part-season Panthers members.

The club wishes to thank all members for their patience and understanding as we work together to bring footy back to Panthers Stadium.
