Member Update: Options for 2020

Dear Panthers members,

Thank you for your patience, understanding and support over the last few months.

We are now in a position to clarify your options in regards to your 2020 membership.

Option 1 - Take the Pledge

To those who have already taken the pledge and committed your 2020 membership fee to the club – thank you again. You have retained all your membership rights and will be able to attend Panthers games once government regulations allow.

The cut-off date to Take the Pledge and have your name added to the Members Roll of Honour is Tuesday 30 June. You can Take the Pledge here: https://bit.ly/Pledge-2020

Following the cut-off date we will reach out to all pledged members to confirm the spelling of names for the Members Roll of Honour.

The Members Roll of Honour Launch Party will be a chance for us to celebrate together and we will communicate a ‘save the date’ for this exclusive event once government restrictions ease.

The Members Roll of Honour will become a permanent installation at the Panthers Rugby League Academy.

Option 2 - Ride it Out

For those who opt not to Take the Pledge, please sit tight. At the end of the season the club will calculate the undelivered value of your 2020 Panthers membership and that amount will be credited towards your 2021 Panthers membership.

If you do not wish to continue as a Panthers member in 2021, the credit amount will be available as a refund at the end of the season.

The credit amount for each member will be calculated at the end of the season as we are confident members, regardless of whether they have pledged, will have the opportunity to attend more Panthers home games this year.

We are determined to deliver maximum value for our members in 2020 and are working closely with the NRL to ensure as many members as possible can attend Panthers games in the coming weeks and months.

In the meantime if you have any questions about your membership, please don’t hesitate to contact the Panthers membership team by calling 1300 PANTHERS or emailing footymembership@panthers.com.au.

This has no doubt been a challenging time for everyone. It has also been an opportunity for us to reflect on the values of our club and the passion of our members.

Thank you for playing your part in securing our future.

Stand Up. Flags Up. Fight On.
