Fuimaono slapped with high tackle charge

Panthers forward Tyrell Fuimaono has received a grade one careless high tackle charge following Thursday's victory over Manly Sea Eagles.

Fuimaono was put on report for the tackle on Manly's Curtis Sironen in the 60th minute of the game at Panthers Stadium.

The 23-year-old, who has the benefit of a clean record, will receive a $1,150 fine if he enters an early guilty plea or a $1,500 fine if he is found guilty at judiciary.

Fuimaono Charged

Meanwhile Manly forward Corey Waddell received a grade one striking charge for his headbutt on Liam Martin.

While not penalised during the game, Waddell will receive a two-match suspension with the early guilty plea or a three-match suspension if he is found guilty at judiciary.

Martin was not charged for the tackle which preceded Waddell's headbutt.
