Panthers coach Ivan Cleary has finalised his side to face Wests Tigers at Panthers Stadium.

Frank Winterstein has been promoted to the starting side with Viliame Kikau to make his return from injury off the bench.

Dallin Watene-Zelezniak will play his 100th NRL game, exactly five years to the day since his NRL debut against Canberra at Panthers Stadium.
