James Maloney has been sidelined with a medial ligament injury, which sees Tyrone May join Nathan Cleary in the halves and Wayde Egan added to the bench.
James Tamou returns from an ankle injury while Jack Hetherington will serve a two-week suspension for a high shot against the Titans.
The Panthers will wear the 2018 Away Jersey.
