Panthers duo named for NSW U16s

Panthers young guns Zion Tauasa and Donovan Boney have been selected in the NSW Under-16 Origin side to face Queensland at Suncorp Stadium next Sunday.

NSW is aiming for its third consecutive victory in the annual fixture, with the match to be played as a curtain-raiser ahead of the Round 18 NRL clash between Brisbane Broncos and New Zealand Warriors.

Tauasa and Boney enjoyed outstanding seasons with the Panthers Harold Matts side in 2018 and helped inspire their team to claim competition's minor premiership.
