Panthers forward Isaah Yeo won the John Farragher Award for Courage and Determination at the 2017 Merv Cartwright Medal on Wednesday night.

Yeo played through a persistent syndesmosis injury for the majority of the 2017 season.
Despite being dogged by the painful sprain, Yeo managed 25 appearances and an average of 106 running metres and 27 tackles per game.
