Revenge will be the motivating factor for the Panthers when they meet Manly Sea Eagles for the second time in a week at Allianz Stadium for a sudden death showdown.

After being on the receiving end of a Sea Eagles onslaught last Saturday, the Panthers get the chance to redeem themselves with a second bite of the cherry and a quick turnaround.

Anthony Griffin has backed his side to improve on last week's effort by keeping faith with the same team that ran out at Lottoland. That sees Dean Whare retain the number one jersey and Tyrone May continue to deputise in the five-eighth role due to the absence of Matt Moylan.

Dylan Edwards is named in the reserves as he fights to overcome a knee injury that sidelined him last week. Young starlet Jarome Luai is also listed in the reserves as he pushes to make his debut.

Unsurprisingly, Manly coach Trent Barrett has also named an unchanged line-up. He was given a boost when Darcy Lussick escaped a seemingly certain suspension after successfully arguing against his tripping charge on Peter Wallace.
