Panthers NYC coach David Tangata-Toa has finalised his side to face Gold Coast Titans at Pepper Stadium on Saturday. Toby Westcott makes his NYC debut in the halves while Ben Cartwright and Brad Gaut make their debuts off the bench. The NYC Panthers will wear the 2017 Home Jersey.
