Penrith Panthers

Anthony Griffin has named Isaah Yeo to captain a youthful side that includes high-profile recruit James Tamou and highly-rated halfback Nathan Cleary. Keep an eye out for Waqa Blake when he gets in open space.

Canterbury-Bankstown Bulldogs

Fiery halfback Josh Reyolds will skipper a sprightly Bulldogs outfit as they look to qualify from their pool for the first time at the Nines. A slimmed-down Sam Kasiano will hope to show the impact of some off-season weight loss.

Cronulla Sharks

Defending NRL premiers Cronulla Sharks have named a strong squad as they look to improve on their impressive history at the Nines, having made the semifinals in 2014 and the grand final in 2015. Their side is led by former Panther Wade Graham and features a bevy of speedy outside backs.

Gold Coast Titans

The Titans will be hoping Jarryd Hayne can lead their side deep in to the competition after his brief stint playing the condensed format of Rugby Union for Fiji before his return to the NRL last year. Powerful prop Ryan James will look to continue his points-scoring feats after finding the tryline on a regular basis in 2016.
