Working hard on and off the field, Panthers NYC young gun Corey Waddell has won the 2015 Junior Education Award.

Corey is currently studying a Bachelor of Animal and Veterinary Bioscience at the University of Sydney, and hopes this course will allow him to pursue Veterinary Medicine further down the track. He also works as a Teacher's Aide twice a week.

Corey made his debut for Cameron Ciraldo's NYC side in Round 13 this season, coming off the bench against the Storm, but an unfortunate knee injury saw him miss the finals campaign.
