Panthers fullback Dallin Watene-Zelezniak has been released from hospital after undergoing surgery almost two weeks ago. He posted the following on his Instagram account earlier today:

"After almost two long weeks!! I'm finally out of this place!! Thank you to everyone at this hospital for caring for me and helping me get back on my feet! I'll be forever greatful! And also to everyone who visited me and sent me messages! It really helped me! And my amazing family for everything and my partner!

And most importantly my Heavenly Father for getting me through the surgery and everything being a success! I'm a very lucky person to have the support I do! Couldn't have done it without yous!! On the road to recovery now to get ready for next year!!! #yozaahhhhhh #finally #veryskinny"

We'll bring you more updates from Dallin over the coming weeks and look forward to having him back around the team very soon.
