Panthers fullback Dallin Watene-Zelezniak is out of hospital, back at training and has a heartfelt message for all Penrith fans.

He hopes to see you all at Pepper Stadium on Sunday for the Panthers' clash with Canberra Raiders. The club wants to raise $100,000 for Nepean Family Room at Nepean Hospital, with $10 from every adult ticket and $5 from every junior ticket being donated to the cause.
