On behalf of the board of directors and the whole Penrith Panthers District Rugby League Club I would like to formally apologise for the delay that occurred on Sunday in opening the Northern gates.
We pride ourselves on working with our partners to operate and provide the best game day experience for our fans and the occurrence of Sunday should not have occurred. As an organisation we have acknowledged this as a chance to improve our processes and let me assure you all that we will continue to explore ways in which we can continue to improve.
