Round 19 is the official #RiseforAlex round as the NRL and teams across the competition join to #RiseForAlex.
The NRL will donate one dollar to the RiseForAlex Fund for every fan who attends any match in Round 19. Channel Nine's The Footy Show will also host a telethon during a special broadcast in Newcastle on 17 July, which will be attended by Alex.
The sale of wristbands at all Round 19 games, plus at the PantherShop and Round 18 clash with the Broncos at Sportingbet Stadium and online donations are other ways you can contribute towards Alex's ongoing treatment and recovery.
