Head trainer Ronnie Palmer works on your core strength this week!

With the help of Josh Mansour, he takes us through three exercises that will work your whole body, especially your abs. All you need is a set of dumbells (or something else around the house with a bit of weight behind it like a bag of flour or a brick), and a bench or step.
